Super Simple Salmon

Super simple.... and even more delicious! Is that convincing
enough to make it??

Spice Rub:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon chili powder 
2 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt 
Salmon and vegetables:
1 lemon, sliced thin
1/4 olive oil - divided 
4 salmon fillets
Assorted fresh vegetables of your choice
1)Preheat over to 350 F
2)In a small bowl combined brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt and set aside.
3)On a baking sheet, pour half of the divided olive oil, and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Place vegetables and salmon on oiled baking sheet and pour the rest of the oil on top. Sprinkle a drop more salt and pepper. 
4)Take the spice rub that you set aside. And evenly divide it between all the slices of salmon. Massaging the salmon with your fingers to allow the spice rub to get incorporated. Take the thinly sliced lemon and scatter around the baking sheet.
4)Place baking sheet in the preheated over and bake for 10 minutes.
5)Turn around the baking sheet and place the oven on a high broil. Broil for 10-13 minutes depending on how moist you like your fish.
*if serving later. Cover it with plastic wrap to keep the fish moist. Best served fresh!
