Raspberry Grilled Chicken Marinade

I recently saw a tip that steeping tea bags in liquid yields a rich deep flavor. After seeing that tip I knew I had to make this. I love the flavor of raspberry but I can never use them since they are bug - ridden. But now that there is a way to give a marinade a raspberry flavor without adding some sugary syrup I was in. Add this recipe to your grilled chicken collection today, and thank me later!

2 raspberry flavored tea bags
¼ cup cold water
¼ cup oil
2 cubes Gefen frozen garlic
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon yellow mustard 

1 Lb chicken cutlets – you can use more chicken, but flavor may not be as pronounced. 

1) In a half pound container steep the tea bags in cold water for 30 minutes so the raspberry flavor is intense.
2) Remove the tea bags from the liquid and discard them. Add the remaining ingredients and shake everything together until combined. 
3) Place the marinade in a large Ziploc bag. Add chicken. Marinate overnight in the fridge and remove from marinade before grilling. Grill to your liking! Enjoy
