Mango Passion Fruit Yogurt Pops
Looking for that perfect treat on a hot summer day? Well, I think I've got you covered!
Makes 16 pops:
2 cups passion fruit juice
1 16oz bag frozen mango
2 cups full-fat yogurt – 1 16oz container
2 Tablespoon honey
1 lime, juiced plus the zest
1) In a blender add mango, and passion fruit juice. Blend until you have a smooth consistency and set aside.
2) In a bowl add the yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest and mix together. Place in a piping bag.
3) Fill half of ice pop mold with the mango passion fruit mixture. Pipe the yogurt mixture on top. Using the back of a spoon or a skewer swirl the two mixtures together and insert a popsicle stick. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
To remove ices from mold run the back of the mold under lukewarm water for 20-30 seconds and it will release easily.
