Coconut Granola Crunch

Looking for a good topping for your morning yogurt? Or for that crunchy snack to munch on during the day? Well I think I got you covered! This Coconut Granola is legit addictive. You better double the recipe.... cause I bet you’ll be making more!!


1 3oz bag Gefen Roasted Chestnuts
1 1.41oz bag Gefen Coconut Chips – chocolate flavor 
1 cup old fashion oats 
1 cup light brown sugar
1 stick margarine 

1) Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and set aside.
2) In a food processor using the S blade, add all the ingredients and pulse until just combined. There should still be pieces – you don’t want a powder. Place the mixture on the cookie sheet and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring half way through the cooking process. Remove from oven and using a spoon mix the granola so it doesn’t stick. Cool completely. Store in a 2 pound airtight container.Enjoy!!!!!!!
