Fall Flavored London Broil

This recipe is legit out of this world. It is quick to make and has a unique but delicious flavor. I decided to go with this cut of meat because it is reasonably priced and tender. I always say you don’t have to break the bank to make good food. Make this for the upcoming festival and have your guest wanting to come back. (Use the money you saved and buy yourself a treat!)

1 cup apple juice
1 cup orange juice
½ cup canola oil
1 Tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon Kosher salt

1 2½ - 3lb London Broil

Meat Rub:
½ cup light brown sugar
¼ apple juice
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon Kosher salt

1) In a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine all the marinade ingredients. Shake well to combine.
2) Add the meat into the bag and place in fridge for 2 hours to marinate.
3) Meanwhile prepare the rub; In a small bowl add all the rub ingredients. Using a spoon mix well until forms a rub/paste. Set aside.
4) Remove meat from marinade and place into 9x13 baking pan. Discard remaining marinade.
5) Cover the meat with the rub/paste. Flip the meat and cover the bottom as well.
6) Place in an oven on middle rack. Broil on low for 15 minutes per aside or until meat thermometer reads 125˚ F.
7) Remove from oven and allow the meat to rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy.

Chefs notes:
Make ahead and store in the pan it was made in. Refrigerate up to 3 days. To reheat place covered in a preheated 350˚ F. oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!!!!
